So, it's my job tomorrow to bring in a prop of some sort for inspiration for a writing jam.

What should I bring?

I can do a picture, but I thought something else might be more interesting.

Options include: Any of my babushka dolls, an Arabian mini-coffee set, pretty decorated boxes, nifty rubber duckies.... etc etc.

Help me out?

Mostly old men there, though I'm sure Fawn would get a hoot and a half out of me doing something like that.

Well, actually, they'd probably be downright shocked. Though heaven help me if I did it and one of the little old women were there.

Grins. Probably going to go with them.

It's always funny--the men, especially, complain about having to write the dreaded but necessary "sex scene." I laugh silently and to myself every time.

Necessary to the plot for one reason or the other. Otherwise, these men wouldn't touch it with a ten foot pole, I suspect.

Most of them manage to avoid it, I think. I haven't read the one man's book to be able to tell if it was ultimately necessary or not.

Seriously, though. I love the idea of the babushka dolls. I'd love to see a picture of one!

You could go maternal, exotic, peasant, etc., with something like that. Even mystical. The mystical babushka. I need a nap, I think.

I have a few of them. I'll see if my camera's batteries are charged and get a picture of them for you at some point.

*pets you* I think they have possibilities... I just don't know if they will think so.

I love that icon. I want a necklace like that!
